In Touch & CIP

Dear 3G,

In Touch:

Prop makers, please get ready your flag on vanguard by Monday 6/4 so that actors/actresses can use it to rehearse. Check for the right shade before painting.

Actors/actresses, prepare your cue cards (pt. form) & rehearse your lines in advance.

Emcees, draft your lines to piece the whole programme together. Ensure the programme doesn't look fragmented.

We will be rehearsing at the Hall on next Mon (3.30pm-6pm; starting late in view of NYAA Silver. While waiting, props maker can continue painting their flags or we can do CIP) & Tues (4-6pm; in view of your EL test). Whole class is to be present. Everyone please pay up your $5 to Valerina on Monday.

Leaders in charge of the various groups (food, utensils, stall decoration etc.), please find out the prices for the items needed over the weekend. We will need to get started really fast cos another class is starting real soon!

NRIC Registration

Dear 3G,

As a reminder, please note the following for 23 March (1st day of Term 2!):

You are required to bring the following items for the NRIC registration:

(a) ICA's notification letter.

(b) MOE student card for identification.

(c) One recent passport size colour photograph (35mm x 45mm dimension) taken against a white background and with a matt or semi-matt finish.

(d) Original and one photo-copy of deed poll for change of name (including ethnic character name). In addition, both parents must provide a consent letter for the change of name.

(e) Original and one photo-copy of Baptism or Religious Certificate for insertion of religious name.

(f) For Permanent Residents, foreign passport, certificate of identity (if any) with valid Re-Entry Permit.

Payment can be made using either of the following:

1. EZlink/Student card with top up value of $10 (Singapore Citizen) and $50 (Singapore Permanent Resident), excluding Giro-linked card;

2. Credit Card, parents are to provide the card details on the notification letter.

Also, please ensure that your attire & appearance are of Westwood standard when you report on 23 March.

EZ Link Card Replacement

Dear 3G,

There will be a EZ Link Replacement Exercise on 24 March. Please bring your EZ link card on that day. Students who forget to bring will need to replace their cards themselves at Transitlink Offices.

Have a good break, take time to rejuvenate, reflect & revise.
